Working for the rebuilding of the Swedish Embassy in Paris

Sisu Stockholm AB has helped the Swedish Real Estate SFV to obtain the rebuilding of the Embassy in Paris project. This job was obtained due to knowledge of both countries' cultures and building processes.
The aim was to obtain all the HVAC and Electrical works. The process of interpreting the tender documents and managing to get the contractors to achieve the work has been a long process.

Taking care of negotiations for delays and fees has also shown our capability and understanding of different points of view.
The project was led by Michel Lézin, who is the Sisu General Manager and French speaking.
