The Waardvast Group owns a number of hotels. Smits van Burgst has aided them in the restructuring of their maintenance. We have also investigated the energy performance of a hotel. Smits van Burgst has organized the tendering and awarded the maintenance contract. Our maintenance department is, amongst other things, specialized in inspections, cost projections, evaluations of tenders, supervision and energy audits.
