The Toronto Square office redevelopment in Leeds, for which First Q´s UK member EDCM designed the M+E services, has won a national ‘green’ award in the UK in the Office Development of the Year category of the Estates Gazette Green Awards.
The 90,000 sq ft Grade A office development, completed in August 2009, had already obtained the BREEAM "Excellent" rating, through a certification process also conducted by EDCM.
