From Building Simulation to Sustainable Design, First Q has been active in the study, dissemination and discussion of specific aspects that touch our day-to-day life as engineers, consultants and members of a wider community active in - and in part responsible for - the improvement of the Quality of the built environment. Two recent examples include our participation as speakers at the NFPA Conference held in Lisbon in October 2006 and the joint organisation with an international grouping or Architects of a Conference on Building for Sustainability.
